Ian J. Musselman

Ian J. Musselman focuses his practice on family and criminal law. Mr. Musselman is a graduate of the University of Delaware (BS, 2003 cum laude), University of Pennsylvania Medical School (MS, 2007) and Temple University Beasley School of Law (JD, 2011). During law school, Ian worked on Intellectual Property matters at several large law firms. For 12 years, Mr. Musselman operated his own law firm at which he handled family and criminal matters. Ian has a broad background, with involvement in a variety of types practices including family law, criminal law, civil and Intellectual Property law. Mr. Musselman’s analytical and scientific background are an asset in breaking down complicated legal matters into understandable and resolvable solutions.

Mr. Musselman is currently admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Federal Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

In his free time, Ian enjoys the outdoors, music, and spending time with his children and his dog Sandwich, and learning the Russian language.
