Matthew Brittenburg, Esq. has successfully represented clients charged with criminal offenses ranging from offenses D.U.I. to homicide and everything in between. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in both state and federal courts.
Over the past ten years, he has tried a multitude of cases to verdict and through all phases of litigation. He has defended and tried hundreds of cases including driving under the influence, drug offenses, domestic assault, theft, conspiracy, robbery, child abuse, internet crimes involving children and child pornography, corrupt organizations and drug delivery.
He provides analytical advice proactively to help avert criminal charges where possible. If charges have already been filed, he believes strongly in advancing his clients’ interests through pretrial motions and motions to compel discovery.
He counsels his clients, wherever possible, to wisely resolve their cases and pursue the most well-informed, researched and carefully analyzed course of action plausible.
