Gerianne Blier45 days agoBack in January 2026, I retained Liam Duffy to handle my divorce. He was incredibly kind and patient as I vented my negative experiences leading up to my decision to divorce. After I finished, I found him to be empathetic and understanding as he took down additional notes and offered his advice on next steps. Every time I had questions, Liam was there with answers. I had called around to other lawyers but chose Winter Duffy after speaking with Michael Lessa about it. He spent a good amount of time going through everything with me and answering all my questions. He was also more affordable than most of the other places I called. They did an amazing job with communicating each step of the way and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. Not planning on getting married and divorce in the future, but I would've hired him three times over. I was referred to him by another working mom my age. He handled everything for me via text, email, and phone. I only stepped foot in his office one time. There is an online portal which makes keeping track of documents and invoicing very convenient. After a horrible situation that involved the police, I had finally made the decision this was not the way I wanted to live. Unfortunately making such a drastic decision, you ask yourself many questions. Who do you call when you are already feeling overwhelmed? My case is extremely extremely complicated and nothing has/is going the way it was/is supposed to. Liam Duffy has not missed a single step. He is encredibly fast and efficient. The more you help him is the more the firm will help you. We're talking from nothing with deleted files on the courts end to fully filing all the I's dotted and T's crossed in less than a week type efficient.
