Jessica Goralski is an associate who practices in family and criminal law matters. She is committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and effective representation to her clients throughout each stage of their legal matters.

Ms. Goralski received her undergraduate degree at the University of Scranton and her law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School. As a first-generation law student, she developed a strong appreciation for the importance of advocacy and access to the legal system. While in law school, Ms. Goralski participated in the Veterans Law Clinic, where she gained valuable experience advocating for veterans and assisting them with their legal needs. During the summer before her third year of law school, she also served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, gaining hands-on experience in criminal prosecution and courtroom advocacy.

Following her internship, Ms. Goralski joined the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office as a full-time Assistant District Attorney. During her time at the District Attorney's Office, she developed substantial experience in courtroom advocacy, legal research and writing, case preparation, negotiation, and evidentiary analysis. She regularly worked with and communicated with victims, law enforcement, lay witnesses, and expert witnesses throughout the prosecution of criminal matters. Her experience as a prosecutor provided her with a strong understanding of criminal proceedings and strengthened her ability to effectively communicate, prepare cases, evaluate evidence, and advocate in the courtroom.

Ms. Goralski is currently admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Montgomery Bar Association. She brings her prosecutorial experience, dedication to clients, and commitment to effective advocacy to her practice in both family and criminal law.

In her free time, Ms. Goralski enjoys working out and spending time with her dog, friends and family.
