Mr. Newman is a civil and commercial litigator with a proven record of success in both bench and jury trials in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has represented businesses, corporations, and individuals in a wide range of disputes, regularly appearing in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. His practice is defined by careful preparation, strategic advocacy, and a readiness to take cases through trial when necessary.

Brian’s experience spans a broad range of litigation and transactional matters. He has tried numerous cases to verdict, obtaining strong results for his clients in both jury and bench trials. In addition, he has handled dozens of residential and commercial real estate transactions, asset sales, and other corporate matters, while also resolving a wide array of commercial business disputes in state and federal courts. Brian has represented landlords in numerous commercial and residential eviction actions and has developed substantial experience in judgment collection and creditors’ rights, where he has successfully recovered significant sums owed to his clients pursuant to court judgments.

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as the related federal and bankruptcy courts. His accomplishments have been recognized by Super Lawyers, which named him a Rising Star in 2024 and 2025.

Brian graduated magna cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he received the Beasley Scholarship, a full-tuition merit award. He earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology, from Monmouth University, graduating magna cum laude. He has been an active member of the Pennsylvania, Bucks County, and Montgomery County Bar Association, and previously served as associate editor of the Montgomery County Law Reporter.

Born and raised in Burlington, New Jersey, Brian now lives in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
